| These are two examples of quesitonnaire's that I created. One is for children and the other is for their parents. My internship supervisor has a company called Learning Works For Kids, and as part of his research, he asks the parents and their children about their video game use and technology use on a daily basis. The parents answer about their childrens video game use, and they mark off how many hours per day/week they spend doing specific activities with technology (if they use it for homework, etc.) |
