Objective 3: Learn the necessary software for grading each and every test, questionnaire.

            Evidence: Making instructions on how to grade and score each test.

            Activities: Training the new interns on how to grade these tests is easier when you have a giant packet of information for them that is a basic “How to do” on everything in the office. I am developing this packet including a list of instructions on how to grade and score the testing.

I have trained two interns together and separately in all the necessary tasks that we do at SCCFC. Besides showing them these tests and softwares, and just about everything else. I have written a basic "How To" packet that covers basically everything that one might need to do in the office. Some of these things require personal information and names and addresses of therapists, so I chose not to attach a copy onto my resume.
