This is a copy of my first project, an Outpatient Child & Adolescent Community Referral packet. We have numerous mailing lists for many purposes that I compiled into this document. There were numerous more, but as we got busy and as things picked up they decided to take the top 10 or so psychiatrists, therapists and doctors from each category. These are usually the ones who refer to us the most and vice versa. It lists what insurances each take, if they specialize in anything, and if they speak a specific language. |
